Selecting the right producer is critical, and getting it wrong can be costly.

Whilst two faucets may look the same, their quality can vary significantly depending on their materials, components (cartridge, hoses, aerator etc.) and construction, resulting in vastly different levels of cost and performance.

The use of natural materials such as wood & rattan, can limit tooling and capital investment requirements to support NPD. This makes bespoke product and range designs more achievable.

However, natural materials must be accurately specified, both in terms of their grade and origin. Grade of timber impacts product performance, appearance, and durability, whilst traceability determines if the material is from a sustainable source and / or legally harvested.
