Management Team

Managing Director Europe

Gavin Keane

General Manager

Gavin started his career with the Kingfisher Group in 1995, moving with them to Hong Kong in 1998, and to China in 2002. Previous roles include Commercial EVP of B&Q China as well as General Manager of Kingfisher Sourcing.

In 2010, Gavin joined Maxeda to set up their Asia Sourcing Organisation and later led the Management Buy Out that established Surity.

Gavin is Irish, and holds a degree from Cardiff University, as well as post-graduates from Loughborough University & Oxford University.

Linda Shan

Operations Director

Linda starting her career as an auditor with PWC before moving into retail with Macro, and later Kingfisher, with whom she held positions in the UK, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Linda joined the business in 2011 as Operations Director responsible for Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT.

Linda is a qualified accountant, and holds an MBA from Fudan University.

Anthony Sutcliffe

Managing Director Europe

Prior to joining Surity, Anthony held several executive roles in large multinational retailers. Beginning his global sourcing career with The Boots Company in 1998, Anthony joining Kingfisher plc in 2001, where he rose to the position of Group Global Sourcing Director, and subsequently held the position of Managing Director of Home Retail Group’s global sourcing operations.

Anthony has experience across a wide range of product categories from Home Improvement to General Merchandise and Consumer Electronics.

Anthony joined Surity in 2017, and is UK based.
